Shipping policy

At Shipwreck Cove, we ship our live corals and fish nationwide to ensure they reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Our shipping rates are based on FedEx overnight shipping, with a cost of $29.99 for up to 15 frags per box. For orders totaling $299 or more, we offer free shipping. However, for orders that require additional water, such as multiple live fish, we reserve the right to contact you for additional shipping fees. Flat rate for fish is $29.99 unless otherwise stated.

Please be aware that we currently only ship products within the continental United States (48 states), and that we do not offer any shipping refunds.

Our shipping process is carefully designed to ensure that your live corals and fish arrive safely and in good condition. This includes an insulated box, poly bags, and heat/cold packs as needed. For orders with large fish or a large quantity of fish, additional boxing and/or shipping costs may apply and we resevere the right to charge you as such. We will notify you of any additional costs prior to shipping.

Extreme Weather Shipping:

Please be aware of the weather conditions in your area when ordering. Daytime temperatures must be above 45° and below 100° in order to ship safely and offer our live arrival guarantee. If you are unsure if shipping in your area is possible due to weather conditions, please reach out to us by emailing dan@coral4less.com.

DOA:

We take pride in the quality of our live corals and fish, and we want to ensure that they reach you alive and healthy. That's why we offer a DOA (dead on arrival) policy. To qualify for a credit towards your next purchase or a replacement coral, you must accept delivery on the first attempt, and send us pictures of the deceased coral within three hours of delivery. Please note that all DOA issues are handled with store credit only, and not cash refunds.

Our live arrival guarantee policy is not applicable to any loss of animal or plant due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, strikes, labor disputes, governmental actions, or acts of terrorism. We also do not guarantee compatibility within your tank.

Order Cancels:

If you place an order and then cancel it, you will be charged a 3% CC/Paypal fee. We do not get refunded this, and therefore you will not either. Please ensure you want an item when you make a purchase!
