Refund policy

DOA - Must accept delivery on first attempt, with pictures in bag within 3 hours of delivery. Credit will be given towards future order or replacement coral. No shipping refund. We take care of all our customers, in the rare event of DOA we will work with you to make sure you are happy. DOA is issued in the form of store credit only.
